Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must include a copy of the order confirmation or invoice.
Please note: We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.
How to Return an Item
- Request a Return: Email us at hello@supermarque.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free returns. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request.
- Europe: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@supermarque.com with photos of the issue so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
