NOU Crémant

The NOU Crémant is made entirely from sustainably grown PIWI grape varieties: Cabernet Blanc, Johanniter and Souvignier Gris.

Made using the traditional method, just as in Champagne, the Crémant undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle followed by extended ageing on the lees. The result is a refined sparkling wine with fine bubbles, depth and plenty of character.

This is a Crémant made for good occasions, and even better company.
